In 2001 Musik G and The Underground Army signed this historical document and in 2024 it was presented to The National Hip Hop Museum.

The declaration is Hip-Hop's only official document. It recognizes Hip-Hop as an international culture of peace and prosperity and was presented to the United Nations on May 16th 2001. It details 18 guiding principles of Hip-Hop and has been signed by UNESCO and over 300 Hip-Hop activists, pioneers and UN delegates.
